Dr. Abhishek Stanley Bhasme is a distinguished Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon with extensive experience of over 12 years he is celebrated for his extensive expertise and commitment to excellence in the field. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Pediatric Orthopaedics at a prestigious institution, he provides exceptional and comprehensive care for children with bone disorders as well as adult patients.
Dr. Bhasme earned his MBBS degree from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Medical College in Bengaluru in 2012, followed by a Master’s in Orthopaedic Surgery at Father Muller Medical College, Mangalore, both affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. He has further refined his specialization through Fellowships in Pediatric Orthopaedics at the esteemed Indira Gandhi Institute of Child Health in Bengaluru and is a recipient of the prestigious Travelling Kaye Wilkin’s Paediatric Orthopaedic Fellowship awarded by the Paediatric Orthopaedic Society of India, which he completed at Sancheti Hospital in Pune and Ganga Hospital in Coimbatore.
Dr. Bhasme has made significant scholarly contributions, with numerous publications and presentations at both national and international conferences. He plays an active role as a faculty member in Ponseti clubfoot casting training programs at the national level. Renowned throughout Karnataka for his proficiency, he performs a broad spectrum of orthopaedic surgeries, addressing both straightforward and complex cases across pediatric and adult populations.
